A Bit About Us
DJK Architectural Design Services are a small practice based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. We primarily cover all of Yorkshire and County Durham, but depending on the size and type of project are willing to travel further afield with a client base covering the whole of the UK.
Every project is client lead, and we strive to deliver the best possible service whilst remaining highly competitive within our sector. We are inspired by the potential of properties and always approach each project individually with a view to maximising that potential whether traditional or contemporary.
A Bit About Damien
With over 20 years of experience, Damien started his career in 1998 working for a local established architectural practice, where he worked for the next 16 years. During this period he worked on a wide variety of projects enhancing his existing skill sets and learning new. With the companies wide project portfolio, Damien worked on a variety of projects from small domestic extensions to large multimillion pound industrial projects and everything in between.
In 2014 Damien branched out, starting DJK Architectural Design Services, where he continued working on providing architectural services to private clients in addition to helping developers appraise potential projects. Since 2014 DJK Architectural Design Services has helped numerous developers in the initial stages of appraising and procuring developments, aiding a number through the process to completion stage, as well as providing mentoring and tuition via an independent training company and working on a variety of private commissions.
Working independently has proved to be a rewarding experience, dealing directly with clients, building relationships and offering a bespoke design service tailor-made to suit each individual client, and never compromising on the quality of work produced.
