Since 2014 DJK Architectural Design Services have been working with developers, investors, and deal packagers to appraise potential development sites and properties for conversion.  We look at the viability of meeting the client's requirements, maximising the use of available space whilst still providing good levels of accommodation within the relevant guidelines that may be applied to the project. 

 

DJK Architectural Design Services understand the time restraints often imposed before a decision can be made on the viability of a project, and the need to keep pre-purchase costs as low as possible.  Through working closely with developers we have designed a cost-effective and quick system to carry out appraisals before the client commits to purchasing property or land, where we can (depending on the information supplied), provide sketch plans, summaries, and breakdown of proposed accommodation, alternative ideas, and potential risks that may be encountered at planning stage with considerations to ways of eliminating or reducing those risks.
