This will vary from project to project, once we have carried out our initial consultation and understand your requirements we can determine approximately how much time we will need to dedicate to your project. We can provide you with a fixed price quote or an estimate with an hourly rate. All quotes will be broken down into stages, and where the projects are more complex we may quote on a stage by stage basis.

We will also look to advise on what other fees maybe required, such as application fees and where required if the services of other professionals maybe required such as a structural engineer.

With DJK Architectural Design Services being a small business with minimal overheads, and not charging VAT we promise we will be competitive on price. We offer a free initial consultation within a 30 mile radius, for projects outside this area there may be a small charge to cover travel, however please call to discuss. We have carried out projects from the south coast and up to Scotland.

The timescale for our part will be determined by your requirements, the size of the project and the complexity involved. As part of our initial consultation and once we know what your requirements are we will have a good idea of the approximate time scales that would be involved, this will include timings for applications and an allowance for other professional services / third party information if they are required.

Primarily we cover a radius of 40-50 miles from our offices in Northallerton, however DJK Architectural Design Services are willing to undertake projects further afield depending on the size and type of project. We have been involved with clients and projects south of London and north into Scotland.
